International Assessment Tools
Profiles International Assessment testing allows you to create an
accurate
benchmark of traits needed to perform the job you are wanting to
fill. After your benchmark has been created, we schedule an
appointment with the potential employee and administer the test.
Once the test results are in, you will receive a report
detailing how well this candidate will fit your open position.
The test not only covers skills and mental abilities required,
but also motivations, interests and key personality traits that
would also be beneficial to the position. This assessment is

Placement and Pre-Screening of Resumes
If needed The Employment Source will place an advertisement in
local newspapers to advertise specifically for your
position. Our experienced writing staff will create an
effective ad designed for your unique needs. We have negotiated substantial discounts,
as much as 30-40 percent, and pass
those savings on to companies using our direct hire
placement services! Placing an ad specific to your position increases the talent
pool and is especially useful when you are looking for specific
work experience or educational background.
Skills
Testing
Testing
helps to reduce the risk of hiring someone with minimal skill
level and spending valuable time on training, when another
candidate already possessing the skills needed is available. We
offer a variety of tests for this purpose, including several
computer programs, accounting and general skills tests. Just
give us a call, and for a minimal fee of $25 per test, we will set up an appointment for your
potential employee to come down to our office and take the tests
of your choice. Test results are usually sent to you within

Background
Checks/Reference Checks
We are available for conducting criminal background checks on
potential employees you have found on your own as well as
conducting employment verifications and reference checks.
Reference checks can be conducted for $25 per employee,
while fees for criminal background checks vary. Please
consult one of our employment specialists for a quote. All
employees referred to you by The Employment Source have already
passed our extensive background check procedure.
