Making the Right Match Can Be Challenging.
Decrease turnover and
increase productivity Profiles International Assessment testing allows an employer to assess critical aspects of your organization. A company can test the individual qualities of an applicant to determine whether that applicant will be a good fit for the position. While no one can predict the future, these assessments are invaluable tools for reducing the risk in hiring. Companies can also use assessment tools to “weed out” the problem areas in the company and improve employee loyalty and morale.
Step One Survey – Used by an employer to help predict such areas as an applicant’s work ethic, reliability and dependability, integrity, substance abuse issues and tendency to commit or allow theft. Profile/Profile XT – Used by an employer to determine the job-fit for applicants. The company answers questions to set the benchmark and the applicant answers questions. The applicant’s answers are compared to the benchmark qualifications to determine the likelihood that the applicant will succeed in that position. Sales Indicator – Used by an employer with an open position involving any level of sales, whether outside sales, inside sales or customer service with a sales component. This assessment provides the likelihood of whether the applicant has the necessary skills, qualifications and personality to succeed in sales. Checkpoint 360° -- This is a company-wide assessment project that gives employees the opportunity to assess one another and their supervisors to specifically identify management issues and problem employees. Companies often use this assessment as a tool to re-organize the entire organization or re-assign specific employees into positions that better fit the employees’ abilities.
